About our Candles
Our candles are hand-poured using high-quality, clean-burning wax and lead-free cotton or wooden wicks. All fragrances are phthalate-free for a safe and enjoyable burn.
Yes! We use natural waxes, responsibly sourced materials, and recyclable packaging.

Candle Care
Burn time varies by size, but most of our jars last 40–80 hours with proper care.
Tunneling occurs when the wax doesn’t melt to the edges. Allow the candle to burn 2–4 hours during the first couple of uses to create a full melt pool.
Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn
Burn for 2–4 hours at a time but no more than 4 hours
Keep away from drafts and flammable materials
Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains
Ordering & Shipping
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

If for any reason you are not happy, or are experiencing any issues at all, we want to know! More importantly, we want to make it right. Unused candles in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. All carrier costs, including original shipping charges and fees for returns or exchanges, are non-refundable.
Custom items, purchases made from retailers and used candles are non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement.
