If for any reason you are not happy, or are experiencing any issues at all, we want to know! More importantly, we want to make it right. Your trust in our products is something we don’t take for granted so don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns or feedback that would enhance your experience.

Unused candles in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. All carrier costs, including original shipping charges and fees for returns or exchanges, are non-refundable.

Custom items, purchases made from retailers and used candles are non-returnable.
